I've used quite a few different time-tracking tools to log my hours with clients. Each of them house a lot of great features, like exporting invoices to Quickbooks, menu bar widgets, and mobile apps. With that said, I've never found a time-tracking tool whose visuals feel like they belong in 2020. So I decided to take a stab at designing my own.

To me, the coolest feature I've seen in time tracking apps is the menu bar widget on MacOS, so you can quickly access your projects without having to log in on a browser. I wanted to revisit this widget experience, and make it both more visually appealing and dead-simple to start tracking time on a project.
