Vivint Solar employs thousands of field sales reps in over 50 offices across the United States. In the past, each of these offices has given completely different training to their reps. I was tasked with designing a completely new training program to be used company-wide. The content was all written by the top sales leaders from the company, and I worked with them on making sure it flowed in a way that aligned with the way that training is delivered in their weekly office meetings.
